03 Coriano Montescudo

This route, 46.5 km long and 671 meters in altitude, can be used as a cool-down between two days of intense training, it does not have particularly long or difficult climbs.
We start from the Hotel Ferretti passing behind the Shopping Centre to The Befane to Coriano street, a long road with heavy traffic with a single traffic light, you reach the village of Coriano.
Along a stretch of road in agility, but not too steep climb along the two roundabouts and after passing through the small town of Coriano (the birthplace of Marco Simoncelli MotoGP rider).
After a stretch of paved, leaving the town begin entertaining up and down until you reach the top of the hill where the houses of the village of Croce.

After this take a left and this will be the the only part of the route that is dangerous as it is very steep dangerous path becuase it is very steep. You will reach 70 km / h easily. The road ends at the Conca valley of the river and across the valley and here you can admire the magnificent fortress of Montefiore Conca.
Take the road towards the mountain, towards Montescudo (another splendid castle of the Malatesta), with a slight slope, here you get one of the most scenic views of the surrounding area. The climb is about 4.5 km long, of which the only challenging section is in the final stretch for about 200 meters

Difference in altitude 350 meters in 5.7 km average gradient 7.2% slope up 22.5% rise time 20m.

At the top of the hill, you can supply water at the fountain next to the gas station.
We are moving towards Trarivi to reach Ospedaletto, along a beautiful panoramic descent continuing to Rimini.
The ultimate sacrifice is required in the area Gaiofana, on the right, take a climb gradient of 14%, very hard, though brief, arriving in San Lorenzo in Coreggiano.
At the top of the hill on the left, there is a secondary road that goes long green hills, lined with trees and bordering on the famous Villa des Verges (historic and splendid Neoclassical residence in Rimini) here you can find a great panorama of Rimini.
At the crossroads turn to Rimini to finish the course and return to the hotel to relax after this track.
